How long does shipping take?
All Grim Wreath pieces are handmade and made to order.
Please allow 2–4 weeks for production before your item ships. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Shipping times may vary slightly during peak seasons such as Halloween and Valentine’s Day.
We always do our best to get your piece to you as quickly as possible while maintaining quality.
What if I need to return my items?
Because each item is made to order, we do NOT offer returns.
If your item arrives damaged or there is a defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you on an exchange for the same item.
We want you to love your piece and will always make it right if there is an issue on our end.
By completing a purchase, you agree to our exchange policy.
Do you take commissions?
Yes! Please fill out the "Custom Orders" request form linked on our website.
We will review your request and contact you to discuss availability, pricing, and turnaround time.
