Return & Exchange Policy

All Grim Wreath pieces are handcrafted in small batches, so we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If there is an issue with your order, we may offer an exchange for the same item depending on availability.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist.
